The DAR Foundation emphasizes the need to improve the quality of life of citizens and meet their social and humanitarian needs. To this end, numerous donations and financial support initiatives have been made by the foundation, with a particular focus on cultural figures facing the challenge of overcoming health problems.

In March 2020, financial support was provided to the Ministry of Health, as well as separate support for the Charentsavan Medical Center, in order to combat coronavirus infection.

Increased fertility rate
in the village of Tsaghkunk, Gegharkunik region
In order to stimulate the constant and creative life of Armenian families in the regions, in 2011 – 2016, the DAR Foundation provided financial incentives to families of newborn children in Tsaghkunk village. As a result of the program, the birth rate in the community has increased, which is reflected in the number of children who are now in school.

Since 2005, the Armenian-Danish Association Dan Armen has been sending charitable aid to the country, helping to solve certain problems that have arisen in various organizations. It sent aid to a number of schools, nursing homes, hospitals, disabled people, kindergartens, public organizations, and supported the work of the G.K. Kofoed foundation with the homeless. The DAR Foundation provided the latter with financial assistance with a delivery of a container of humanitarian aid to Armenia.
